Pay membership fees for the whole family

Are family members missing when you need to pay? Here we show you how to pay membership fees for the whole family in Hoopit

Are you unsure how to add family members to a membership fee in Hoopit? Here we explain how 😃

1. Log in to the app and open Payments.

2. Click on the payment, and you will get information about the amount and who the payment applies to.

If some family members cannot be checked off or are missing when you want to select them, it could be one of the following issues.

The user you want to pay for is not registered in Hoopit

The user is not linked to you as a family member

Here we show you how guardians can be linked to a child that is already registered in Hoopit.

The user is not registered in a group that requires membership fees

If the user has not joined the correct team, this guide can be used. If the user does not belong to a team or group, they can be registered as a supporting member by following this same guide.

3. Click "Next" and you will go to the payment page.

If you have already entered the card you want to pay with, click "Pay". If not, select "Add card". You will automatically get family pricing if it is cheaper than x number of individual memberships.

4. When the payment is completed you will receive a receipt by email.
