When it's time to distribute the goods, we at Hoopit have made it super easy to register and control who has picked up the goods and who hasn't.
Set up distribution in Hoopit Admin on the fundraiser page
Select time slot and fundraiser coordinators (those who will be able to register orders as picked up)
When the distribution date and time are set, everyone who has ordered goods will receive a pickup code in their Hoopit inbox and via email.
Fundraiser coordinators can enter this pickup code under "Fundraiser registration". They will then get an overview of what the member should pick up and can mark the order as picked up.
When the order is marked as picked up, this will update the status you see in Hoopit Admin, and you will have a complete overview of who has picked up and who hasn't
