For communication, payments and invitations to work properly in Hoopit, children must be linked to their guardians. This ensures that guardians get access to messages, invoices and other important information from the club.
There are three ways to link guardians to a child
The child has the app on their own mobile and can add guardians themselves
Another guardian who is already linked to the child can add you
A leader in the group or club can add you
How do you do it?
Regardless of method, you always start by opening the child's profile.
Children and guardians find the profile by going to Profile and settings (click on the profile picture at the top left in the app).
Leaders find the profile for example via the member list in their group.
From the profile, you select the Relationships tab, where you can add and manage guardians.
From the child's user
Path in the app: Profile and settings → Profile → Relationships → Add guardian
From the other guardian's user
Path in the app: Profile and settings → Children → Relationships → Add guardian
