Payments in a group

Need to collect money from your group? Here we show you two different ways👇

1. Activity in the app

It is possible to create a payment for a "simple" activity. Participants then have to pay to sign up for the activity. Below we show you how to do it step by step;

  • First you need to log in to the app and select the group you want to create a paid activity for.

  • Then you click on the red plus button at the bottom right and "Activity". Since it is a paid activity, it should be in the form of "Simple".

  • You must then fill in all the necessary information for this activity and click on "Payment". Then enter the account and the price that should be charged.

  • Finally, you must click "Next" and invite members to the activity.

2. In a group

  • Click on the group you want to create a payment for

  • Click on the plus button at the bottom right and "Payment"

  • Fill in all necessary information and click "Next"

When will the money be paid out?

We pay out all incoming payments from the previous week every Friday and the money is usually in the account on Monday or Tuesday.

Where can I find information about the payout?

When the money arrives in your account, an associated PDF report will be generated. You can find this under Payouts in the finance dashboard.

Where can I see who has paid?

Regarding an activity, you must pay to sign up, so everyone who is "signed up" will have paid. For other payments, you will get a complete overview and be able to edit the payment in the finance dashboard.
