Add athlete from the app:
Click on "Groups" and select the group you want to add an athlete to. Go to "Members" and click on the person with a + sign next to it. Here you can copy the group's invitation code and send it to those who should join the group.
Add athlete from web dashboard:
First go to the group selector at the top and select the group you want to add an athlete to. Then go to the page selector and choose "Groups" > "Users". At the top right, click "Add athlete". If the user is a member of another group in the club, or has been a member of the club before, you will be able to add them directly. If not, fill in the contact information, and an invitation will be sent via email.
Delete athletes from the app:
From the members list in the group, you can long press on the member's name to bring up the menu for deleting members. Select all that should be deleted and click on the trash icon at the top right > "Delete".
Delete athletes from web dashboard:
Go to Groups > Users and select the correct team in the dropdown menu. Then click on the three dots to the right of the name > Delete.
Then select all that should be deleted > "Delete" > "Yes, Delete".
You are not deleting the user, only their access to the group you have selected in the group selector at the top. Existing payments will remain with the user, but they will not receive new ones.
