Enable approval for club, sport or team
This setting can be enabled for the entire club, a sport or selected groups under Groups > Settings in the web dashboard.
Approve or reject members
On web
New membership requests can be found under Membership. Here you can Approve and Reject requests and at the same time send a note to the user.
Under Approved and Rejected you will find a history of members who have already been approved or rejected and who processed their request.
In app
As a group leader you will receive a notification when a user requests to join your group. You can then click directly on the notification or go to Groups > Members to view requests. Here you can approve or reject new members.

Can I enable this for the entire club or sport at the same time? | Yes, when you change this setting with the club or a sport in the group selector you can choose to save the setting for all subgroups. |
Is approval required if I as a leader add someone to a group? | No, it is only required if members register themselves in the group that they need to be approved by an administrator. |
