As a leader, you can easily add or remove people from various groups. Here we show you how to add a person as a leader in a group from the web dashboard and app. You can manage leaders for the group you lead and subgroups of it.

From web admin
1. Click on "Groups" in the menu, and select the group you want to add the person to.
2. Click on "Add leader" at the top right, then you will come here:
3. Search for the name or number. If you cannot find the person you are looking for, it means they are not registered in this organization yet. Select "Add by number" instead.
If the person is not found in Hoopit, you will be taken to a page where full name and email must be filled in. Finish by sending the invitation.
Add leader from app
1. Go to Groups in the menu, and select the group you want to add a leader to. Then select Members -> Leaders and click on the person with a plus sign next to them.
2. Search for the name or number. If you cannot find the person you are looking for, it means they are not registered yet. Select "Invite new user".
3. Enter number, name and email address. Click "Invite new user", and there you have it.
