How do I register?

Registration starts with the invitation link you received from your club. Click on the link and follow the steps in the app or browser. Note that there is an age limit of 15 years to register without parental consent β€” if you are under 15 years old, a parent or guardian must register you.

Registration is fastest in the Hoopit app, which you can find in the App Store and Google Play.

How do I link a child and guardian?

For communication, payments and invitations to work properly, the child must be linked to their guardians in Hoopit. There are three ways to do this:

  • The child opens their profile in the app and adds a guardian themselves

  • Another guardian who is already linked to the child can add you

  • A leader in the group or club can link you together

Regardless of method, you always start by opening the child's profile via Profile and settings.

We have a duplicate user or registration error

Registration errors and duplicates are among the most common inquiries we receive. We can help you with:

  • Errors in name, date of birth or phone number

  • Incorrect linking between child and guardian

  • Duplicate users or duplicates

Contact us directly and we'll sort it out:

  • From the website: Use the Intercom button at the bottom right, or find us under Help

  • From the app: Go to Profile and settings, select Customer support and tap Send a message
