What am I doing wrong? | If you are in "Home", you will see your personal calendar with all activities you and possibly your children are invited to. If you cannot find a practice/match here, go to "Groups" in the bottom menu, where you can see the group calendar with all the group's activities. Ask your team leader/coach to invite you to the activity, and it will also appear in your personal calendar. |
I cannot find the football matches in the app? | If you are in "Home", you will see your personal calendar with all activities you and possibly your children are invited to. The matches are added to the calendar under Groups and those who are to participate must be invited. |
I received a payment/invoice but my child has quit the club/sports association. Can it be deleted? | To change a payment request from the club, you must contact the sports association directly. If you reply to the email for received payment or payment reminder, it will be sent to whoever created the payment. We at Hoopit do not have the authority to do this on behalf of the club. |
We have a duplicate user who is registered twice in the member list in our group. How do we fix it? | Hoopit searches through and merges duplicates daily, but sometimes some can slip through the check. Send us the names of those who should be merged, and we will merge them. |
There is an error or bug in the system? | With rapid development, some bugs occasionally sneak in - thank you for reporting it😊 Please send us as much information as possible about the error and a screenshot or video where it occurs, and we will fix it as soon as possible. |
I want to delete myself as a member of the club or team? | If you wish to withdraw from the sports association, you can do this by opening the relevant group and selecting "leave group" in the app. If you have outstanding payments, you must contact the club to settle these. |
I want to refund/repay a payment | For now, refunds must be made by Hoopit customer support. Send us the name and which payment it concerns, and we will assist you |
I receive notifications by email. How do I stop this? | If you receive all notifications from Hoopit via email, it's because we don't have a device to send push notifications to. Most likely the solution is to allow notifications from Hoopit in your phone's settings and then adjust which notifications you wish to receive in Hoopit's notification settings afterwards. |
