You can post a message to your club or sub-groups through the app or on web. Web has some additional features, such as the ability to choose which sub-groups should receive the message. Here we go through how you can post messages via both web and the app.
Web
1. Go to "Communication" in the menu on the left
Here you click through to "Posts", and you will then see this page. To create a post, click the red "New post" button in the top right.
2. Create a new post
When you click to create a new post, you will be taken to this page:
3. Fill in the required information:
Fill in the title and write the content of your post. Further down you can also add an image or a file if desired.
You will also have the following options:
Send post to everyone, leaders and guardians or leaders only
Send to the selected group only, or include all/selected sub-groups
Notify via SMS
Notify via email
Disable and hide comments
Choose who should receive the post:
Here you can choose who should see the post and which groups it should be shared with. You can choose to send it to the entire club or only to selected groups.
When you are satisfied, click "Publish" in the top right corner, and you have now created a post from web.
App
1. Go to "Groups"
Now you see which groups you are connected to. Click into the group where you want to publish your post.
2. Post a new message in the group
Once you have entered the group you want to post in, find the "Posts" tab and click through. In the bottom right corner you will find the red "+" button. Click on this and select "Post"
This screen will then appear:
3. Fill in the required information
Fill in the relevant information and choose who should see the post. Then click "Publish".
You have now created a post via the app.
