By default, all groups that are defined as "teams" in Hoopit are visible on the club's shared registration page. This means that members who register directly from the app can register as members in these groups.
To see which groups are "open" for registration, you can copy and paste the club's registration link in the browser. Or go to groups in the app, press the red button in the bottom right and search for the club.
If you want to hide any of these groups, e.g. the board, sports committee etc., to prevent someone from accidentally registering here, this is done from the web dashboard. Go to the left menu "Groups" -> "Settings" and select the relevant group in the dropdown menu.
Go to "Registration" and "Group visibility". Here you can check that the group should not be visible on the organization's registration page. To become a member of such a group, you must be invited manually by one of the group leaders, or receive a direct registration link to the group.
