1. Go to the left menu "Integrations" > "Football Data"
2. Link teams from FIKS to the correct Hoopit team
In the first column called "Football Data" you will find registered teams in FIKS. Check a team here and find the corresponding team under column 2 "Hoopit". These are the teams you have created groups for in Hoopit, so note that the teams may have different names than those coming from Football Data. G11 from Football Data corresponds to, for example, Boys born 2009.
When you have checked a team under "Football Data" and selected the matching team in Hoopit, click "Import match data"
The "matched" teams will appear under the right column "Matched Data", so here you can double-check that the connection is correct.
As teams are connected to football data, they will disappear from the "Football Data" column and move to the rightmost column under "Matched Data". Matches for these matched teams will be imported directly into the calendar of the relevant team. The match will also be added directly to the area calendar for the pitch they are to play on, where it will be displayed with a football icon indicating that this is an imported match from football data.
In case of incorrect linking, click the red X to the right of the connection you have made. The team will then move back to the column on the left.
NB! Only club managers and sports directors have access to the left menu "Football Data". If this has not been set up for your team, you can contact support and we can assist you.
