In Hoopit, the club can have full control over members' police certificates.
To access certificates you must have the title "Police Certificate Administrator". If you're wondering how to give yourself or someone else this role, you can check out this article before continuing.
1. Click on "Organization" and "Certificates"
In the Group selector at the top you can choose whether you want to see the entire club, a sport, or a specific team. In addition, you can choose between different filters by clicking on "Filter".
2. Those who match the selected filters will be displayed in a list
3. Click on "Add Certificate" and fill in the requested information
4. Click on the three dots to the right > details, or the person's name to view information, update or remove the person's certificate.
