How to set up synchronization
Step 1: Go to Integrations → Club Website in Hoopit
Step 2: Activate the integration
Step 3: Copy this ID and send it to support@klubbnettside.no for setup
Step 4: When the ID is entered in Club Website, the setup is completed, and synchronization starts automatically.
Synchronization status
In Hoopit you can see if the integration is active.
Active means that synchronization is happening continuously.
Not synchronized means that setup is missing in Club Website
You can at any time click Stop synchronization if you no longer want to share information between the systems.

How often is data synchronized? | Changes in Hoopit are updated on Club Website within one hour when "automatic update" is turned on. |
What happens if I stop the synchronization? | Then Club Website will no longer receive updates from Hoopit. All information already published on Club Website will remain, but new changes in Hoopit will not be transferred. |
Can I change which information is synchronized? | No, the integration synchronizes fixed information (groups, training times, contact persons and FIKS ID). |
