For activities with payment, some athletes may be given permission to participate without paying. For these athletes, a leader must change the response so the athlete can participate in the activity. Below we show this process step by step;
1. Find the activity in "Calendar", and click on the activity itself.
2. Click on "Invited" to find an overview of participants who are invited to the activity.
3. Click on the three dots to the right of the athlete whose response you wish to change.
4. Click on "Change response".
5. Then change the response to participating.
