In Hoopit you will find three different options:
No permission
Permission for internal use (in your groups)
Permission for internal and external use (Hoopit and other platforms)
As a group leader you can also update permissions on behalf of the athletes in your group from the web dashboard.
In the Hoopit app:
When you are in the app, click on your profile in the top left. Then scroll down to "Settings" and click on it.
You have now reached "Settings", then click on "Security". You will then be able to select "Permission for media use" for whom you wish to edit the permission.
In the web dashboard:
Click on "Groups" -> "Users" and find the correct team from the dropdown menu. Then click on the athlete you wish to edit the permission for.
2. Once you have clicked on the correct athlete, click on "Edit" in the top right.
3. Finally, scroll down to "Permission to share images" and change the status. Then click "Save".
