From the Finance dashboard you get a complete overview of all payments created in Hoopit. You access this by clicking "Finance" -> "Payments" as shown below.

When you have clicked into "Payments" the overview will look something like this.

By clicking the three dots on the right as shown in the image, you will have the option to edit, freeze and delete payments. When you click these three dots the following menu will appear:

If you choose to edit the payment you will be shown the payment and have the opportunity to make various changes.

If the payment has not been published yet you will be able to change everything in the payment.

If the payment has been published, for example, it will not be possible to edit the publication date in the payment. For membership fees, it will also not be possible to edit which year the payment applies to.

Title, description, price payment deadlines, sibling moderation and family discounts can be changed and added.

Note that payments cannot be deleted if payments have already been processed. Then the "Delete" function will appear blank.

If you choose to delete a payment, all related payment requests will be deleted and removed from inboxes. It will not be possible to restore the payment after deletion.

Even though the payment has been published and some have completed payments, you have the option to freeze the payment. This will remove all notifications and reminders related to this payment from inboxes, and the payment is deactivated until it is published again.

When the payment is frozen you can easily publish it again by clicking on the same three dots as before. Then you will get a menu with the option to publish the payment.

After publishing, the payment will proceed as normal, and payment reminders will be sent out.
