Incorrect registrations and duplicates

Did something go wrong during registration? No problem – we're happy to help you fix it.

Typical errors we can help with:

  • Errors in name, date of birth or phone number

  • Incorrect link between child and guardian

  • Duplicate users/duplicates

How to contact us

  • From the website: Use the Intercom button at the bottom right, or find us under Help.

  • From the app: Go to Profile and settings (tap your profile picture in the top left), select Customer support and tap Send us a message.

  • Send an email to support@hoopit.io

We'll make sure to sort it out so everything is correct.
