Did you add your child when you registered for Hoopit, but now your child should have their own Hoopit app? No problem. Here we show you how to activate your child's account retroactively.
Click on "your profile", the round profile picture in the top left of the app. Then click on "Children" and you will see the children registered to you. Select the child whose account you want to activate.
Click on the "Activate child account" button next to the profile picture. Fill in your child's phone number and email address and click "Activate account" at the bottom of the page. If your child doesn't have their own email, you can enter your own and you'll receive the activation instead—it works just as well!
When you click "Activate account", an email will be sent to the email address provided, with a link to activate the account. Ask your child to click "Activate user" and you will then be taken to the "log in" page.
Here you can click on "new password" > enter your child's phone number and click "send link".
Then you will receive a new email to the registered email address about creating a new password!
Click on "create new password", and it will take you to a page where your child can enter their desired password. Then go back to the login page and log in with your child's phone number and chosen password.
