To get started with SMS, you can order a subscription (Click here to order), or contact customer support using the chat icon in the bottom right.
Under Organization > SMS settings you can see the number of credits and the status of your subscription, and customize the sender name to match your club.

Who can use the credits? | Credits can be used by all leaders in the club or sport |
How long is a credit valid? | Credits have no expiration date and are valid until they are used |
Who is the SMS sent to? | The SMS is sent to the user in question and the user's guardian. If the user doesn't have a phone number yet, the message is sent to the guardian. You are charged 1 credit per SMS |
What can the credits be used for? | Currently it is only possible to send SMS for posts and payment reminders |
