Within an activity, there is a separate tab called "Tasks". Here you can create new tasks for your group.
Go to the activity you want to manage (e.g. training or match) and select the "Tasks" tab.
Click on "Create task".
Title: Give the task a descriptive title (e.g. "Kiosk shift").
Description: Add details about the task (e.g. "We need 3 people at the kiosk from 16:00 to 18:00")
Number of people: Set the number of volunteers needed for the task.
Choose who can sign up: Players, guardians, or leaders can be assigned.
Publish the task by pressing "Create task".
